Monica Soruco is a freelance event producer and founder of MCS Events. Monica is an accomplished event producer with years of experience in New York City. She got her start while working as the Director of Events at the famed restaurant and nightclub Lotus and Mexican restaurant Los Dados, both located in the Meatpacking District.

She has worked on such projects as Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York, Details Magazine Block Party, Shop W Style, and most recently she has been one of the main event producers for the Food Network New York City Wine and Food Festival in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Her expertise ranges from the planning of small, intimate personal parties to the complete production of large-scale corporate events and festivals.
